White River Homes is owned by Joe Snyder. Joe was introduced to construction by his father while still in high school and while attending Oregon State University. The Snyder family has a long history of new construction and remodeling experience.
Joe Snyder – Owner
Joe graduated from OSU with a BS in Business Management. He handles most aspects of remodeling/new construction including framing, roofing, siding, windows, flooring, counter tops, bathrooms, kitchen, doors, trim and minor electrical/plumbing fixtures. Any permitted electrical and plumbing work is completed by a trusted and properly licensed subcontractor.
Danny Perez
Danny is a construction employee and has worked in the construction industry since 2013. Danny joined White River Homes in 2015 and has been a valuable addition to the company. His patience and methodical work ethic makes him perfect for doing finish work. Wanting to do it right the first time is what makes him a great asset. He is also active in his church and works with youth ministry.
Leo Gaspar Reyes
Leo is a construction employee and joined White River Homes in 2017, previously working as a welder. Leo was looking for more variety in work and loves the ever changing work environment residential construction provides. He has an eye for detail and brings a high standard of quality to White River Homes.

We partnered with Judson Roy Home Furnishings to provide staging and have been thoroughly impressed. They arrange furnishings and decor to highlight the homes best features, clearly define living spaces and help buyers imagine living in the home. We find there service to be invaluable
